Lovely layout & so roomy. Such a shame staff behind screen taking money with masks on, were so non engaging. It has become the norm that having Covid as a cover; customer service is reduced. How on earth do sensory losses communicate with them? Sour & expressionless; no interaction! I tried ! This is in March 2022, so sad
