My Daughter had a Lush Party for her 11th Birthday last Saturday! despite the town center being closed to traffic for the Shakespeare's Birthday celebration's which made us late, this was absolutely no problem for the lovely Manager Emma and Zoe who was our party host! there were four girls at the party, they made Face masks and lip scrubs and bath bombs! Zoe was brilliant, she made it fun and informative, lots of gorgeous Lush goodies to take home after the party! Highly recommend Thank you

I had an absolutely amazing experience in Stratford Lush today, I am very indecisive when it comes to absolutely anything and I'm always quite anxious about buying new products due to having quite sensitive skin. Maya was so so so helpful, she gave me great advice and even some samples which she went out of her way to print the ingredients out for! I really appreciated her being so understanding and willing to help, if employee of the month is a thing she deserves it and more! Thanks Maya, I'll see you next week when I buy all the bigger sizes of the samples!

The lady Emma that served us was an angel and advised us on so many things, answered all of the questions we had and was such a pleasure to speak with. She is truly a credit to the team and deserves extremely high recognition as she gave us the best experience we could have hoped for.
