I actually feel bad about writing a one star review as today Dr Radford came to visit my mother and he was brilliant with her as always. He reminded me of the good things about Trinity Court which are basically him and Dr Grieve and I am sure other doctors and nurses I have not met. The care they have provided for my mother recently, who has had sepsis and pneumonia, has been great. So if this was my only experience it would be 5 stars. My one star is born of frustration that the surgery dont seem care about the difficulties that children have with ADHD, Chronic fatigue and mental health issues. This is evident in the lack of support for their prescriptions but also in the lack of response to any of my complaints or reviews. No one has ever contacted me to investigate or apologise for the difficulties they have caused to my life and the lives of my children. Sorry Dr Radford I have great respect for you but the surgery has still let my children down and it needs to be said. The main problem that Trinity Court dont seem to understand is that there is no help to be had from CAMHs. Their waiting lists are too long in a childs life that is very short. Therefore the damaged caused in the time it takes for a diagnosis is immense. My daughters waiting list with CAMHs is so long she will be 18 by the time she is seen and then she will be discharged - without being seen. I have had to get a private diagnosis but Trinity Court are just too afraid to make the steps that will allow me to get a very expensive drug on prescription. Many other surgeries do, so sadly I have had to move and lose out on the benefits of having good doctors such as Dr Radford and Dr Grieve. Please reconsider you decision it is so damaging to Childrens lives! If other surgeries help, why cant you? What is it your afraid of? Instead of saying what if the private doctor moves on or the parents cant afford a change of prescription. Why not ask yourselves how many lives you can help by giving it a try? How much money those parents can save with your support? How much shorter you can make the CAMHS waiting lists be, for those who cant afford the private diagnosis? If you just put in a little effect you will make a massive difference to the lives of thousands of children! Just give it a try.
