Worst experience from the staff, incredibly rude and disrespectful behaviour, which left me shocked and upset. I will be raising a formal complaint. Please avoid!

Ordered on the app last night at about 11 oclock, the restaurant closes at 12. We waited and heard no knocking, I kept checking the app as was taking a while and was still saying out for delivery it got closer to 12 and I missed a phone call, I have a baby in bed my phone wont ring loudly in case I wake him up. We have dogs that would have been alerted by someone walking past let alone a knock at the door. There was nothing. We rang the store, employer was rude and didnt want to hear anything we were saying as the store was closing and hung up on us. We spoke to someone after many attempts to call them & the delivery driver in which they said call back tomorrow. Today we have rang them, and been spoken to rudely by the manager. He hung up the phone on us 2 times and can either offer the food or a refund. He didnt explain when the refund would be or any other options for wasted time then hung up. He wasnt being very understanding and was rude.
