Couldnt be happier with our experience at The Stratford Hearing Centre today. Service was excellent from the friendly & professional staff who were helpful and attentive. The Audiologist, Maariyah was personable, professional and explained everything clearly. The hearing test was extremely good value for money and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services.

I recently attended Stratford Hearing Centre to arrange the purchase and fitting of suitable hearing aids. Must say that Laura had been excellent throughout with attentive manner with very understandable instructions and follow up discussions. I have had tinnitus and significant hearing loss for many years and when my previous audiologist retired, I was recommended to The Stratford Hearing Centre. Tom Dixon conducted tests and confirmed that my hearing loss was 90% in certain critical frequency ranges. Given this high level of loss, Tom wanted to be sure that he could help me to gain better hearing, before proceeding. He used all the technology at his disposal to determine what could be done. The result was astonishing and involved not only interconnecting devices but also individually designed earpieces to provide a perfect fit. Tom was always professional but also kind and encouraging. Amazing service, Tom recommended the Starkey Livio Edge AI hearing aids and they have been flawless. I have had zero problems with them, I forgot I was wearing them after only a few hours and they have made a remarkable change to my life. I cannot recommend Stratford Hearing Centre or the Starkey hearing aids enough.
