As a business owner I think it through multiple times before doing so.
Biffa Stratford has been by far the most unprofessional, lying, frustrating company to deal with.
Registered with them to collect our commercial waste. Weeks and weeks later, not only they haven't delivered their bins yet, they are also sending their collection team once a week to collect our waste from those very bins they haven't delivered yet.
Every week I get the following :" Your bins will be with you on Sep 23rd"
"Sorry our flatbed has broken down, your bins will be with you on the 3rd of October"
"I don't know if you know but your bin delivery has been moved to the 7th".
Please note: I only know the above because of being on the phone for a long time every single time to find out what's happening.
Never have I been offered a single apology.
Never have I got a phone call to be notified about changes of dates, breakdown or else.
What an absolute shambles.
A total embarrassment.
