Managed to get a cancelled appointment to deal with a foot problem. I turned up on time but the Chiropodist thought his phonecall was more important and once I was on the chair with shoes and socks off he took a personal telephone call (general not an emergency) whilst I sat there like a plum waiting. In the end I put my shoes and socks back on and when he finished his call he turned around and look perplexed whilst I explained that he was very rude and unprofessional "OH" was his only response. I would avoid this company and find someone who understands customer service a whole lot better. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

On holiday I developed a painful ulcerated bunion. Mr Pyle dealt with it very efficiently & removed the intense pain I had and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I am so grateful. Thank you.
