I am the director of a physiotherapy clinic is Kent, called the Natural Order. I opened the clinic several months before the pandemic started. It was a stressful time for all small businesses but a major hurdle to growing the business during that time was having a call answering/reception service. We simply couldn't afford to employ a full time staff member. I stumbled across Clinic Connect on social media and I haven't looked back since. I can work, safe in the knowledge that patients can leave a message, book an appointment, or if I need or they need to re-arrange an appointment it is done with little fuss. It has significantly helped our business to grow and I honestly can't imagine being without them. I can't recommend the team and their efforts enough.
