        Appalling and unresponsive customer service. Do not use these people. I bought a Morso pizza oven from these guys in December. This is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend. However two parts of the order - a grill and scraper - did not arrive. I am still waiting nearly 4 months later. I have chased 4 times and I keep getting promises that it will be looked into but no further action, and certainly no goods. Spend your money elsewhere.

        We ordered a morso forno gas BBQ at the weekend after reading some great reviews. We came home from work Wednesday evening at it had arrived. Great service and fast delivery from this company and will definitely use them again . keep up the good work

        Wanted our dream fireplace. went to Flame by Design and they made it easy to purchase and our dreams came true......fanatastic service would recommend to anyone. also, bioethanol fires are the way to go just perfect.

        I rarely give five star reviews but I cannot fault the team at Flame By Design, the whole process from the initial consultation to the install itself was delivered to a very high standard. I believe Bio Ethanol is the way forward and would recommend these guys to anyone.
