May as well employ door staff to just turn everyone away because no one in the shop wants to help the customer by the looks of it. Having issues with my handset and not able to take calls, calls disconnecting or not coming through. I pay good money every month to be with EE and when I said what my issues were, it was a 10 second response which essentially boiled down to: Ring your insurance, we wont do anything for you in shop today. Customer service like this explains why the shop was empty when I walked in.
