    A professional yet personal experience. Despite WV Golfs being officially out of stock in the UK, Giles and the team managed to source one for me. I was guided through the process step by step, with someone on hand to answer any questions I had. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Ordered a 'stock car' end of October as the current wait for a 'Car of my choice, colour etc' was a 26 week wait. So I was told by Giles that he had a cancellation on one. Not a colour I'd of chosen, but, it was in stock. I signed the order form for end of NOV beginning of Dec. After numerous emails turns out it still hasn't even arrived in the UK and delivery is now mid January. As I have NO CAR I asked to cancel as its not as agreed and I can't wait that long. Basically he won't give me my deposit back. I am pursuing this with trading standards as he has not honoured his deal. If I knew it was going to be so long I would of not signed the paperwork. I will get my deposit back. I'll drive down if I have to. ####UPDATE#### GOT A FULL REFUND DUE TO BREACH OF HIS CONTRACT. HE ONLY GAVE IT ME WHEN HE HAD A LETTER ON ITS WAY FROM TRADING STANDARDS. STAY CLEAR. READ SMALLPRINT. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG HE BEHAVES RIDICULOUSLY POOR AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICES IS AWFUL
