        Really lovely day, short queue we was welcomed by Andy greeted us explained everything. This was rudely interrupted by a shouting guy I presumed his boss screaming at Andy to hurry up. Quite a shock to say the least. Unprofessional

        Fantastic boat trip and great service, especially from Andy, however his supervisors comments to him were very inappropriate as he humiliated Andy in front of customers, very unprofessional and unnecessary.

        It was a lovely canal cruise, but it had to be shorted to 15 minutes. Due to the weather. But we enjoyed it so much we will be back again tomorrow, if its the full 30 minutes cruise. Nice relaxing cruise
