Max & staff were super helpful to guide me in the proper direction when looking for accessories for my phone. They have a super nice store & positive attitude! Having never even been to England, let alone Stratford-upon-Avon, he was super helpful hope the owners take good care of the employees. Good ones are hard to find! Visited the store today, looking for SIM-only. Served professionally, considerately and courteously by Sim(?) who took great pains to understand our precise requirements and how O2 could meet our needs. Exemplary service and a credit to the O2 organisation.

I had a call yesterday from someone claiming to be 02 it was a scam I phoned customer service and she told me to do some things not being technical I struggled We went to 02 in Stratford for 9am as I was concerned as I have Anxiety and didnt sleep The staff were so welcoming and helpful being of the older generation I was a bit embarrassed but the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable Such lovely kind staff we have found our 02 shop we will use from now on Thank you everyone for your help support and kindness 2 Happy Customers here
