        The only shop in Stratford that closes for lunch. So often this place is closed in the middle of the day and randomly in the morning and afternoon. I wonder if the owners know their shop is closed so much? Yet again today, closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday for more than half an hour. I went to Holland and Barrett instead.

        I received very helpful advice from the staff member at the shop today. The staff member went over and beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable, well informed and very kind. I felt like a valued customer and will certainly go back again. Also the offer of products is amazing. Some items that I could only find on-line so far! Thank you!
