Working around the area over the last few weeks.
Cant fault Jess and her team at Banbury but stay way from the Stratford upon Avon branch.
Having spent a few thousand pounds in there over the last few weeks ,they think its ok to take advantage of a couple of my team who look young and a bit wet behind the ears and charge them more than the products are priced at on their webpage for one off customers!!!!!
5 for 2.4m cls to a trade account customer who spends thousands as an example.
Its a dirty way of conducting business and the only Jewson branch I have ever been had over.
Mailed the manager and told him its no way to build relationships and its not professional but he couldnt even be bothered replying.
Take a look at the way Banbury jewsons treat high spenders ,they might learn something
