ShoeMed Stratford upon Avon

After spending 169 on a pair of Fidelio Multistrech Heaven and the zip tab coming off on the second time of wearing, I contacted the Stratford branch, where I purchased from. Was told by Amanda that they were only the seller and would need to be sent back to the manufacturer in Austria! Very unhelpful, attitude & customer service appalling!! 169, poor quality, would never buy from again!

Excellent choice of footwear. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Went in for a pair of boots, came out with two! They are so comfortable I decided to keep them on and carried my old shoes home

Best shoe shop in this region. The 2 pairs of shoes I bought from your Stratford upon Avon store are perfect for my flat feet. I would definitely recommend this place. I was recommended by my foot health practitioner Lindsey Ward. Have you thought of opening one of your shoe med stores in Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry or Solihull?

I have multiple injuries which prevent me buying "off the shelf" shoes, trainers. If I do find something, I rip out all the inners to accommodate my orthotics. By sheer luck I found Shoe Med on a day out. Can't recall the lady (staff member), but she was very knowledgeable and listened to the problems I encounter when trying to find footwear to accommodate my orthotics and the muscle flap on my right foot. The trainers we selected don't look like your "specially made" things which look awful. Soon as my right foot was in (inc orthotics), it was a feeling of yesteryear. Total comfort. Yes the trainers were pricey, but you cannot put a price on comfort. Going back end of March to buy another pair. They also can alter footwear which I will do in a few months for "dress" boots they sale. If like me, you've suffered from soft tissue damage, muscle flap etc, get yourself to Shoe Med.
