Super friendly guy, never too busy to give advice and help out. Super good value for the level of workmanship Sam carrys out. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Sam is an hour + journey from me but you just cant get his knowledge anywhere else. Easy to negotiate prices after two beers as hes a lightweight.

An absolute gem of a mechanic. Ive been using Sam for about 5 years now, and hes done all manner of tasks to all manner of vehicles! I travel 2hr15 to get to Sam, because he really is that good, and his attention to detail & lateral thinking is second to none. The distance alone should be a testament to this. Whether its a simple oil & filter change, or building me a full blown E36 track car from a rolling shell, no job is too much for him. Its always a running joke that a mechanic will suck air through their teeth whenever theyre presented with a difficult job, but Sam is the binary opposite. If you present him with a difficult job, its greeted with curiosity and excitement instead, as he has a serious passion for keeping vehicles going - I also think he feels slightly smug when he rectifies problems that other garages have said are impossible to fix! 10/10 - you will not regret him looking after your car.
