Definitely recommend. The team of instructors have tons of knowledge and the environment is extremely friendly and safe. When I started with KMM 4 years ago I didn't have idea how much my life would change... fitness level, stress relief, confidence, strength impressive improvements.

I've learnt so much from starting Krav Maga. The instructors are very helpful and what we do in the classes vary each week. I have improved my fitness as well as my confidence. I really reccomend Krav Maga to anyone.

Utterly brilliant. Bartosz is a genius at what he does and he only allows trainers of the very highest standard to run classes. Ive done a number of martial arts in my life but none where Ive had so much fun AND learned so much in such a short time. I put off joining for ages as I was worried about my fitness but I shouldnt have, as this works at all levels and ages; most classes will see teenagers and pensioners training together. Dont give yourself excuses - just go and youll be glad you did.

Been training at Krav Maga Midlands for almost 3 years and would highly recommend to anyone interested in self defence. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive making it easy for newcomers to come and learn. The instructors are also incredibly professional and cater for all levels of experience.
