        I bought a Pashley bike one month in advance for my daughter's birthday and as the lead time for delivery was about 8 weeks at the time, Pashley's customers services sent her a t-shirt and a lovely blouse; It was all nicely wrapped up, with a personal handwritten note and card so she wouldn't have to wait empty handed...we gave it to her on her Birthday and to our surprise they called the same day in the afternoon, saying that they had worked over night making sure that she would receive the bike in time!. The bike is beautifully crafted and just gorgeous! I have never experienced such caring customer's service before. Absolutely amazing!!
