        Tappex have been a pleasure to deal with. Lora went above and beyond to help us as a supplier manage our customers' expectations. Our customer had an unusual request that required a bit of extra attention and care from Tappex, it meant that Tappex would have to adjust their processes in the warehouse to accommodate our customer's needs. Lora and Paul Grant, Store Supervisor, worked together to deliver A* customer service, for which we are very grateful.

        Had a problem with threaded hole in a cylinder head. Spoke to Tappex who told me what I needed to sort the problem which got me out of a mess and saved a lot of work. Much appreciated and thanks again
