They sent a letter saying I owed money from 2 years ago, which I didnt, they threatened court proceedings and gave a payment date which was a date before I had actually received the letter. Rang to speak to someone but was added to queue, waited 3 minutes and asked for a call back; non received. I called the next day and waited 10 minutes in the queue and got to position 1 and then just said to leave a message for a call back; non received. Totally unprofessional outfit. Companies with this attitude just cause added anxiety and stress with their couldnt care less attitude.

I was considering using them for my house purchase. I phoned and left my details on Fri it is now Wed not heard back from them, so I thought I would look at their reviews . Wow what a terrible firm, dodged a bullet there, I will not be using them . Thank you for your reviews.

I tried calling this company after receiving a letter saying I owe a certain company money when I in fact already Been paying it off. I have tried calling many many times with no answer! How is anyone supposed to see whats happening when you dont reply to emails or answer calls. Absolutely horrific if I could give 0 stars I would

Complete bunch of cowboys! My wife filed for divorce in March 2022, but the paperwork wasn't passed to me until 7 April 2022...after the law changed. These people aren't interested in repairing families or reconciliation...they just want the client's cash!
