        Do not use for conveyancing!! Received funds from my property sale over 36hrs after conclusion of the sale without even a notification or statement. Disgraceful delayed service. Offer of just 100 compensation which I rejected!! Go elsewhere if you dont want to have to continually badger for progress!!
