Absolutely disgusting customer service and food, having just finished work went it and ordered a pizza. Witnessed them cooking an order for another customer who asked for a refund for a kebab that she saw them pull chunks out of the freezer and put on the grill. They refused to give a refund saying the food would be ready in under a minute. They were quite shockingly rude and can only presume that they are so used to dealing with intoxicated customers or deliveries that they have no idea who to custom anymore. On a side note the pizza was mediocre at best

Well went in to this establishment and was not greeted in a pleasant manner I am very disappointed with this level of service. My friend whom had ordered food 10 minutes before myself ended up receiving frozen food as they had forgotten what she had actually ordered which was chicken shish. when we both watched the server pull this from the FREEZER and put it on the grill for 30-60 seconds we were astonished to think that this was acceptable to be served to anyone. So as a person that works in a food establishment I would like to report that the chicken temperature was at 55 degrees Celsius which for a 2 minute trip home was not acceptable as this had clearly not hit the standard of 75 Celsius. After then proceeding to ask for a refund while on site we were told that the manager was not available but when my friend came and questioned the staff one lady piped up saying she was the boss however she couldnt give a refund even though she is the only person on site that is allowed to do this. Absolutely unaware of why she not capable of looking after complaints. They have absolutely no business serving food if they cannot serve food that is safe to eat and cannot even have a basic level of customer service.
