Excellent service from the moment I walked in to book my service and warranty job. The young lady was welcoming and actually listened to what I was saying. Was offered a courtesy car for free so I could get to work. I turned up on the day and was dealt with efficiently and was gone withing 5 minutes. I was text when the work was done in the timeframe mentioned. Overall an excellent experience. Ive been in the motor trade for 40+ years (mechanic/mot tester) and know a good garage when see one. More than happy to return for MOT and servicing in the future while under warranty.

Made a visit to my local hyundai dealer to find out about the I20n. Was handed some keys and told "it's outside". When I returned the sale man looking after me was on the phone with another customer. I had to wait for this phone call to end. I'm not sure this is a fantastic experience when your about to spend 25k on a car ????This dealer made no attempt to match car wow or give a reasonable valuation on my car. I felt because of my age maybe they felt I was a waste of time. I do change cars regularly and will probably end up buying one however its unfortunate you have to go to a dealer outside of your local area to get a good experience
