Can i just say how helpful the receptionist and male doctor were today. I didnt quite catch their names (Kirsty i think she said? Blonde haired lady on reception) but after getting referred to the wrong building they helped me by immediately getting the right appointment for me and were very friendly in doing so. They were also really friendly to the girl next to me and made us feel welcome and calm. Thank you!!

The appointment was more or less on time, the chap who took me through to the MRI mobile unit was lovely. However...it was a knee MRI so obviously I've got an issue with leg movement. Why on earth do you send patients like me to climb steep wobbly stairs? And then come down those after?I sort of slid down on my good leg and landed safely It doesn't seem very safe

Today l attended the minor injuries unit at Stratford upon Avon hospital. The three lovely ladies working today were a perfect example of excellent care! They were friendly, kind and non judgmental, and made me feel at ease whilst l was there. Thank you so much! 5 star NHS service.

Would love to thank the two ladies who were on reception today in the x-ray reception at 10:40. Thank you for making my nine month pregnant, wife, cry with high blood pressure over your old bitterness of running a little bit late, and then chastising us when the next people come in. I just put it down to being extremely old and bitter in life. Personally keep your own personal comments to yourself, and if you cant find a different job where doesnt involve talking to people on a daily basis maybe somewhere in the basement where you belong.
