(Translated by Google) I bought the fireplace 4 years ago and was happy even though I was deceived with the size and price. At 3 years old it makes an unbearable noise, I have used it little, and I can't find a technical service. I would not buy it again nor do I recommend it.

Purchased evonic halo linnea fire for 2500 and reported an issue, filled in relevant forms spoke to Michael Rau and possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered, I'd think twice about using these as almost 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting replacement part and will be seeking some legal advice as fire is 18 months old and still within warranty yet they seem to just tell you what they need to and don't follow up on what they promise so will be taking some legal advice regarding this company not honouring their supposed warranty

I too have a noisy motor / fan, which appeared the year after the guarantee ran out. I bought the fire from a local Cardiff Company who I assumed serviced any faults. It was fitted in good time. If I had known that the wait and customer service would have been so bad from the fire supplier themselves I would have gone elsewhere. The form was not easy to get right after numerous attempts, then I got a non reply text message with the earlist date...18th Jan telephoned, 7th March is the first date available - rubbish. I only hope their repair staff are better than those who run their so called customer service.

Purchased a Gilmour 10 Evonic fire 6 months ago for 1700. Worst decision I ever made, it is rubbish. Doesn't look remotely real. Flames have big gaps either end, and base Doesn't glow red as advertised. Wish I could return it. As a pensioner that money was a real loss to my finances, but thought it would be worth it, it wasn't! I had an engineer out who said it wasn't right. Not heard anything since.

Hi - thank you for getting in touch so quickly - it is much appreciated. I rang your number earlier today and was helped by Ryan in your service department - I have now submitted all relevant information via your online form so you will know who supplied etc. I really do hope you can fix the fire before Christmas - I work from home and are available all next week - anytime. Please let me know if you need any further information. Best regards (and thanks to Ryan) Don Ps - moved you up to 3 star now for your prompt response and support. I can only give a two star review for now. Had a brand new, Evonic 800 installed last Friday, 9th December. Stunning light show but no heat! Well, you do get about 30-40 seconds hot air then you hear a click, then cold air is all you get. At first I thought I was doing something wrong. I installed the App - that worked well and I was able to use the app to register so Evonic should have my email address. The installer brought a replacement fan/heater unit today (15/12) - made the exchange - same problem - 30-40 seconds hot air, click, then just cold air. He immediately rang Evonic and was told they would have to fix it, said it could be something as simple as a trapped wire? What really upsets me is that the paperwork I have with the fire actually states that it was "PASSED" on the 6/12/2022 - just 3 days before delivery - clearly the tester ran the unit for a whole 30 seconds! Anyway - not sure where I go from here - apparently the store has to supply some paperwork but who nows when that will be done. I have supplied my email and will give all details to whoever picks this up at Evonic - hopefully before Christmas. Would be nice to give a 5 star review when it is fixed!
