        Poor management from the Hirebase department. Hire tools not collected on time and being charged. Finally now received some unjustified 8K claim! Never send invoices nor provide breakdown of costs and seem to demand for payments. You have to force them to send out the breakdown and costs are all inaccurate! Will upload photos of Trestles boards that are still on site and not collected but still being charged. Furthermore they refused to take my building material (since they are same company) order and promised for a call back from Regional Sales Manager. But no call backs either. Shocking experience and never will be using them! Ongoing dispute.......!
