        Changed our car on the 24th of December all fine until last week we received a parking ticket for 100 did not see any signs that said you had to pay for parking while charging.

        App onboarding was painful and initially didn't work until the machine went through an automatic reset. Took around 30 mins to get charging. Btw you have to top up your BP charging account before use.

        As a disabled mobility user with bppulse we pay a monthly subscription to use this service free of charge, but they have not stated anywhere that you must adhere to the locations parking requests, I just presumed you park, charge and go, I parked and didnt see any parking signs, went into the hotel and had a coffee and was even asked if I was staying and I said no Im charging but the woman said nothing, afterwards I received a parking fine which I cant understand. So please everyone check for any signs if available (Dino tape note is not legal) and see if there is a parking clause. Wont be coming here again.
