Driving Theory Test Centre Stratford

Late to review my experience at this test centre. I went last weekend to take my theory test, upon arrival I realised I had forgotten my previsional driving license but however had a clear sharp photograph of it on my phone I began to tell the woman behind the desk that Id forgotten my licence and her reply was the most rudest response ever!! She really doesnt deserve her job as she made me feel so embarrassed in front of everyone waiting! Horrible woman who needs sacking! Look out for the old woman with glasses if you have to go here, shes a real witch try to avoid this centre it looked like the place was stuck in the 90s!!! Avoid at all costs!! I wouldnt even give this place a star but had to so I could review 0/10

1/2/23 . Had the displeasure to meet the most rude obnoxious sarcastic unhelpful receptionist in the world after my 17yo daughter was upset due to an error with her test booking I honestly thought I was in a comedy sketch , her behaviour and attitude was shocking. If any of her managers are reading this maybe suggest to her that her menopause medication needs increasing. There is plenty of young people who are polite and looking for work so why continue to employ this washed up fire breathing old dragon . Btw feel free to have this review removed , I will just repost every time from another email address x

Lovely polite staff, the computers where cleaned after use & overall a lovely experience. Compared to my last experience at Coventry test centre.( I'd never step foot back in that place after my experience at cov) Stratford test centre was such a difference in all ways...Atmosphere was good and staff were helpful and engaging. And I passed :) Good luck everyone

I was 5 minutes late and the receptionist told me that I had lost my slot and that they had given it to someone else. She then told me that they were fully booked and I couldnt take the test. When I asked if I could take the test in the place of the person who has taken mine she told me that wasnt possible as it didnt work like that, yet she had given my spot to this other person. This was supposed to be my fourth time taking the test and was incredibly stressed, when I started to get upset and cry she told me that if I didnt leave the building that they would call the police to have me removed. After I had left I told my dad he went to speak to her and and as he was talking two people came out of the test, my dad asked why I couldnt take their spot now that they were finished and was told that that wasnt how it worked yet my spot was given away when I was only a few minutes late. In the end the women gave him a number to call, when we got home and called the number we discovered that it was the completely wrong number. In my opinion the people who work here are down right RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and LOUSY. Will not be returning. Doesnt deserve 1 star
