From our initial inquiry into the composite door and side panel, to the installation, we found the whole experience great. The team were knowledgeable and friendly and the guys that fitted our door were on time and very tidy. The price was also very competitive compared to other local businesses

We have just had a new front door fitted. We looked at several suppliers and chose Windows Are Us for the quality of the products and for the friendly and professional service they offer. We are very pleased with the result. We had one minor problem with the fitting which was quickly resolved with a return visit.

I was disturbed this morning by loud revving and shouting outside my window and to my horror saw a van from this company trying to reverse up the walk I live on through the edge of my garden!! I had planted young hedge plants a year ago and they have snapped off several branches off them. I ran out to tell them to get back on the road immediately and they quickly drove off. I rung up the office immediately afterwards to complain and was promised the manager would ring me back shortly. I never heard back from them or got any sort of apology. Absolutely shocking. Pictures attached show the van making it's escape, I sadly didn't manage to get any of it in front of my garden.

New conservatory just erected by friendly and professional installers. Every query answered and attended to promptly and efficiently, nothing too much trouble. Would certainly recommend to friends.
