Argos Stratford Upon Avon

Bought a 'brand new' Shark vacuum cleaner, got home, unpacked it and found it to be damaged, used, dirty and beyond disgusting. Store is now closed until Tuesday so can't return it. How do you sell second hand damaged used dirty goods to your customers??

We purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner unfortunately we had to return it as main component was missing no fault of argos no problem with the exchange only no replacement in stock so needed to return on Monday very pleased with both product and service received

Had a problem with a Nintendo Switch. I'd rather not have had to deal with an aggressive and borderline rude customer agent. Eventually snagged another employee for an independent vote on the problem and he agreed the Switch was not in order. Swap out was eventually completed, but first irritate the customer. Will look elsewhere first next time.

Really unhappy that I bought apple headphones, opened them, decided to upgrade and use the 30 day returns policy and was told as seal was broken not allowed. The policy clearly states they need to be 'In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable) In a resaleable condition. They're unused in the original box with all packaging but because seal opened they're not resaleable. That's rubbish as I could bought directly from Apple and not had this issue. Lesson - never buy Apple products from Argos!!!
