I would highly recommend this dental practice. It is fantastic by far. The receptionist and staff have the best experience in customer service. ONCE YOU ENTER, the head receptionist makes you feel welcome and put you at ease. You even get offered a drink while waiting in the waiting room. The standards of service in here are very high in comparison with other practices. Great place.

Terrible dentist. Do not be fooled by the fancy dental practice, this dentist is only interested in taking your money. I went to this dentist for a filling and had to return 3 times over 6 months as I was in so much pain and they did nothing. My tooth was fine prior to this I just needed a grey filling swapping for a white one. The final time I went they begrudgingly took the filling out and put a temporary one in. The dentist then tried to push the sale of implants and another filling onto me before sorting the current problem. In the end I was in so much pain I had to have an emergency root canal whilst I was on holiday in Italy, costing me 400 and ruining our trip. I've now had to move to another dentist to fix the mess they've made as I simply don't trust them to do a good job. Further proof this isn't only me....My friend also joined this place at the same time (ironically for a filling also). She also became riddled with toothache after being butchered by this dental practice and had to have an emergency tooth extraction. Would not recommend at all.

This is by far the best dental surgery I have ever been to. All of the staff are just lovely and the dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent service and treatment - all delivered with good humour and a smile. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Very poor service from this practise owner as an emergency dentist. Attitude from the start. Complained about having to travel an hour and a half to the surgery and how much it would cost me. Then lecturing me about what is an emergency and what isn't. A child is pain is an emergency when they can't eat, drink or sleep! Certainly not the friendly and chatty person that she is advertised as. I got the feeling that being on call is beneath her and a major inconvenience. I'm sorry that my more caring and accommodating dentist is associated with this practise. Thanks for your reply but there was no discussion about whether it was an emergency or not, you told me that YOU didn't think that it was an emergency. You assumed that the removal of a milk tooth wasn't an emergency, however I'm glad you gave clarification what a genuine emergency is because he did have severe pain and swelling to his face only you didn't ask. I would not have phoned for an emergency appointment if I didnt feel it needed doing. I'm afraid that you are alone in your opinion as DenPlan were willing to cover the costs of you coming out, therefore deeming it an emergency, my dentist realises that it is an emergency because they have been out previously to him at a weekend and also I've spoken to a member of your staff in the past who was willing to come out to extract a much smaller tooth. If you are on call and DenPlan validate a person's request for an emergency appointment you should be willing to respond to it. If you live an hour and a half away from your practice, thats your choice not a reason not to fulfil a request to make a child who is in a great deal of pain more comfortable. Completely the wrong attitude and approach for someone that is supposed to be in a caring profession.
