Langmans Dental Health Centres

This is the second time I have taken my 2 children for their 6month check up. We were in and out in 7 minutes, that was both of them seen. My eldest was told for the second time she has hard plaque on her lower inside teeth, but there was no scrape/polish. How are people expected to remove this without help if it's built up? We left feeling not having received a very thorough checkup, more like a cattle market "get them in and out". We are not keen to return here to be honest, but even as a child nhs patient their choices are very limited. I'm glad I am with a different dentist for myself.

This is a very friendly facility. I was surprised with the speed of my procedure from booking to administration. I have always been totally satisfied with Langmans.

I called the practice today to make an appointment. I had previously made an appointment and was unable to make it due to illness. I was prepared and offered to pay over the phone for the missed appointment but was met with a very rude and arrogant receptionist stating that I wont be seen. The attitude of this lady was very strange and if she represents that of the practice then I would avoid. Ive made an appointment elsewhere and paid over the phone to a very polite and professional person. Something that Langmans could learn from.

Recently moved to the area and came across this dentist. The practise itself is clean and welcoming. The receptionists are polite and friendly. I was a very nervous patient but Joanna has changed that for me. I am blessed to connect with her as my dentist. Joanna is so patient and understanding I feel relaxed.
