Hi Dear M&S I am Teddy and have fallen on hard times I was a security guard for the last 10 years My self my family and I Spend approximately 1000 or more in your stores Per month I sell the big issue with my 2 dogs and disabled brother Outside your stores I also help your stores from being targeted for theft and alert staff Of shoplifters and it avoids the store being robbed! My experience at the Stratford store your manager has some anger management issues As for a manager to be intimidating And verbal With me and my dogs outside the store briefly as it where Thats not professional behaviour! While I was dealing with the security and the police With the issue of me being on Private land Selling the big Issue I know I am not allowed But I tried my luck as we are desperate to survive The security guards of the retail park Asked me to leave I said ok You go that way I am packing and going the other way. He said no I am not going anywhere It escalated to something it should not have Security started to say my dogs are vicious which was a down right lie!!! The police told the security guard off at the retail park for lying about my Dogs being vicious. So I am happy the record was set straight! Thank you to the Police So I apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused and I did cause it was not my intention to do so!!! I did go do my shopping afterwards And the manager was polite and normal which is why I given 3 stars The other staff looked after me and the dogs a few of them which I am most greatful for just by coming to say hello and being friendly Thats all it takes an absolute lovely environment and atmosphere. We me and my brother and Dogs Go around feeding homless people in The town centres Use a megaphone shout bin your knives save 2 lives Get knives off the streets to save lives We multi task Your other Stores in Solihull retail park 5stars And in Sutton Coldfield retail park 5stars Staff treated me superbly And security were pleased they had an extra look out for thieves and someone so polite and helpful looking after there customers especially the Elderly! Ringing taxis! Loading shopping in cars! Multi tasking. Felt valued respected and Loved at those stores! Thank you so much. Regards Teddykia&kiko

This review is for the crafted sourdough baguette.You wont find a better version in Stratford. 2 Walk in the door, straight ahead 20m and on your left. Dont bother with anything else.
