DO NOT USE FOR PARCEL PICK-UP!!!! The staff leave the trolley next to the till unsupervised for anyone to rummage through. I had also ordered a parcel in my new name (was waiting for my licence to be updated) and they initially refused to give it to me despite me having to tell them my address and where, what and to who it was for as they couldn't find it for over 5 minutes, meanwhile questioning me if it had *actually* arrived and if I had proof. The woman then had the audacity to tell me rudely that I should put it in my (old) name for next time (Royal Mail had no issue with this). Well don't worry as there won't be a next time.
