Walton Construction demolished our previous bungalow and rebuild a new 5 bedroom dwelling on the site. The end result is fantastic with exceptional attention to fine details. Jake Walton is a perfectionist and has an excellent eye for details. Jake takes the time to consult and advise, but listens to what you are hoping to achieve. He has an extraordinary vision for the design and during the build he came up with many creative, personalised design ideas, which were highly practical and beautifully composed. It was a big project and we had so many challenges during the build, but Jake remained calm and was very supportive. Very friendly, respectful team, hassle-free service, managed extremely well by Jake. You definitely get your monies worth plus extra! We were so pleased with their work, that we asked them to supply and fit our kitchen which is just stunning, they also laid all the patio and driveway. Our expectations were surpassed and in a weird kind of way we miss him and the team not being around the house! I would be happy to recommend Walton Construction for building work for any home.

Walton Construction took on our project for a new garage , new bedrooms & new kitchen for our property - a major job for us but his team worked incredibly hard to make it a fantastic result - they were full of suggestions and advice and involved us at every step of the way when they saw an advantage for a certain finish . They did a lot of the work themselves but when a speciality contractor was required we knew that their quality would be good as Jake Walton was as particular with his standards as we were with ours. Having never gone through a major building project - we were unsure about how it would go with a 6 month build but they worked with us on the major milestones and we are very happy with the result . Jake was very open with us about pricing for any changes and where trust is critical it was something we did not have to worry about . Good people are hard to come by in our case we were glad to have picked Walton Construction

Jake Walton and his team recently completed an extension and knock though for us to create a fantastic open plan kitchen/dining/family room. From the start, the team were professional, concientious and diligent. There were inevitably some issues discovered once work started - one for us was the discovery that the upstairs bathroom drainage routed down the middle or our new room. Jake came up with a workable solution and sorted the issue with no fuss. He and the team worked wonders with a pitched roof that was not according to "plan" and they managed to conceal our 8m steel in the ceiling so we have a level ceiling. Oh, and they came back and laid us a fantastic patio, raising the level to the threshold of our new bifolds and creating a great design. I would recommend Walton Construction in a hearbeat and in fact, I already have. They made our project as easy as possible and we actually quite miss them now they are gone!

I have had reservations about writing this review incase the following comments increases their workload as I would like Walton construction to be available for our next project. We have used Walton construction to fully renovate/construct a derelict 1950s property into a large modern family home. Compared to other builders I've used in the past Jake and his team have set the standard. No job is too big or small, not only was I impressed with their quality of work and professionalism but also their constant communication making sure our project was exactly what we wanted so that we also we knew how much we were spending along the way. They are friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable with a enthusiastic approach to problem solving which is great for the older client as some tradesmen can be intimidating and patronising. Even making suggestions when we were unsure of certain decisions saving us money. If I could post the before and after photos I took on this Google review, I would, in order for people to see the quality of work. My only regret is that I was unaware that they also supply and install kitchens. My father in law has used them to build a double garage and we will use them again for a 4 bed extension as I know we are in safe hands. Cannot recommend them enough.
