Avoid and use the next closest dealership! Dropped the car off at 10:00 and was told it would be ready by 17:00 that day (just a few bits of warranty work). It got to 16:30 and heard nothing. You cant ring them direct because thats too simple for Tesla. After finally getting a message back on the app the technician decided to tell me the car wasnt going to be ready for collection until early the following week. At no point did they contact me to update the situation. A quick drive down to the dealership and they have the car ready in 10 minutes? Poor communication, poor customer service and staff that sit on the desk looking like they have a thumb up their

I've had my Model S nearly 6 months now and am really pleased with it. The only problem I had to start with was pressure loss in front left tyre which ended up as being a faulty sensor which was replaced. No trouble since. The team there are brilliant and would recommend them all. Thanks guys.
