Eradicure (Stratford upon Avon) Ltd

Despite 3 phone conversations with Des, who was very likeable on the phone, we still haven't had a report booked in. It's now been 10 days since first call and no response. Some honesty or communication would've been appreciated. If you are busy at the moment, tell me so I can move on. Another company is now coming, booked on the first phone call. 4 phone calls and 2 emails and a voice message. Waste of a week.

Called Eradicure as had damp on wall, and we haven't been able to work out what caused it. They used detecter to tell it was damp under the floor, and likely kitchen pipes leaking. Advised we call plumber, which we did. They even offered to email me what they thought so I could pass onto insurance. Called plumber and it was a leaking dishwasher, solved! Eradicure didn't charge to come and quote, they are honest and helpful. Thank you!

Professional job, well executed. The plasterers were very polite and courteous too. I would definitely recommend. Listen to the advice and follow they're guidelines and the plaster won't crack.

I would stay away from this company. They will quote you for work that does not need doing and then add costs later on. They also fail to call you back when asked for clarification.
