        Massive failure of a company and I cant believe some of the Clients that SITEL have and would strongly recommend you find a job elsewhere. They dont care about your mental health, poor scheduling & poor management with incredibly strict policies meaning work comes first over family/health. Scheduling system is incredibly limiting and with fully flexible shifts, your unable to check your schedule up to 2 weeks ahead STAY AWAY

        Literally the worst agency to exist. No direction took 3 months to send me a training link because of apparent issues in their systems and had me as no to rehire before I even started work. Discrimination and stupidity at its finest. Ill be taking this further.
