I've called twice and had excellent advice from both team members at Velotech (Russell and Josh I think it was). Great technical advice and no rush when discussing multiple problems on a customer bike. A bit of humour too, much appreciated. Ordered parts and they arrived the next day. What's not to like. Thanks for your help.
