I arrived at 10.40 and was told that I was late and they would not be able to open an account for me. The woman told me this for 15 minutes. Instead of doing your job in 5 minutes !!!! Shame on the bank (Original) . , 10.30, . 10.40 , . 15 . 5 !!!!

  • Dad attempted to make a transfer to another account under his name got flagged as suspicious and his login credentials got suspended. Called fraud team the other day trying to solve the issue, waited roughly 40 mins and got told to come to the branch to show an ID in order to unblock the account. Came to branch, Amber took our case and called fraud team again all three of us waited in the room for another 40 to 50 mins just waiting for someone to pick up the call. Honestly the branch service is really nice here in SAV and the staff are attentive, professional and kind yet Fraud team is really the most reluctant factor for us to keep banking with Lloyds. Typical scenario which one department drags the whole corporation behind, such a shame.
