        I worked with the Shuttercraft Suffolk team on a challenging brief for unusual sized windows. From the initial meeting to the final install, the project was handled with highest levels of professionalism. Lyndsay was superb in coming up with various options and solutions to meet the challenges the windows presented and we landed on some great options that met my very exacting brief. The quality of the fitting undertaken by Niall, his attention to detail and overall finish was excellent. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!         We're delighted with the excellent service we received from Shuttercraft. From my initial enquiry, Lindsay and Niall have been exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They quoted me for two very different jobs, one straightforward, the other most definitely not. We have just had our first shutter fitted at our home and I couldn't be happier. The fitter was delightful, worked quickly and neatly and has done a wonderful job. We are sure that the next job they do for us will be just as good. I can't recommend them highly enough.

        Super friendly, knowledgeable company. I like the fact that there is not a call centre and you always know who you will speak to. I have previously been stung by another national company who farmed out my enquiry to a really pushy salesman and then sent someone to fit who really didnt have a clue. Niall knows what he is doing and it shows!
