Pho

You know when Americans say to Europeans, theyll kill you back home if you served them a beer this warm. Well, if the Vietnamese knew that this pho restaurant was serving this pho to people in London and charging THOSE prices, the Vietnamese wouldwell lets just say the Vietnamese people would find it unbearably amusing. Was very disappointed in this bowl. Break it down into the main parts: broth is pretty much simmered water, pho tastes waxy, beef is over cooked. Must I go on? Greens were not fresh, no chilli sauce option, zero flavours. I hope this was a one off and that if I ever go back the quality would have improved.

Why do you even try? 13 quid for is basically warm water with dissolved oxo beef stock cube. Add overcooked almost dissolved noodles and you call this a Pho? Why do you even try? Honestly, just hop on the overground to Shoreditch and get a proper authentic pho. Rated one star only bc a no star is not an option here.
