Carzam were very attentive, that is until, they took your money. After that they were slow to respond. Once the car was delivered in September 2019, it was delivered with no spare key (it was advertised with a spare key). It is now April 2022 and I still do not have a spare key or vehicle log book despite chasing Carzam over many months on numerous occasions. The first person who they booked to provide me with a spare key only did half a job by providing a key fob with no key inside. Now they have finally advised me I need to take to a Nissan dealership and pay for it out of my own pocket before they will reimburse me. This is very expensive and very inconvenient. With regards to the vehicle log book and no answers at all, I have taken the matter into my own hands and contacted the DVLA. Not a smooth purchasing experience and definitely terrible customer service Edited: Further to this review, Jacob from Carzam contacted me and has advised me that the company will pay for a spare key and resent the form to the DVLA for the car to be registered in my name. However, since then, it appears I cannot book the car in for a spare key without a V5 document and Nissan have confirmed the car is still registered to Carzam. I have emailed them several times since to ask them to confirm what is happening with the V5 but every email has been ignored. Unacceptable. Due to the V5 also still being in their name, I did not get the tax reminder and was driving around in an untaxed vehicle for 2 weeks. Thankfully my first review above, hi-lighted this matter and rectified it. Carzam, if you read this. Stop ghosting me and answer my emails regarding the V5 as I cannot resolve the issue with the spare key until the car is in my name. The car was purchased in Sept 2021 and should now be registered to me in May 2022. I have emailed your customer service and Jacob direct on several occassions now. Update 18/05/2021 - I have once again contacted Carzam several times by email which are going unanswered. My last email was for a manager to contact me asap either by phone or email and I provided my phone number for them to call me on. This was yesterday and I have not heard a thing. I responded to an email which was sent to me from Carzam on 5/5/22 and have since followed up with a further four emails. None of which, have been replied to. In one of those emails I attached a document from the DVLA confirming that the car is not registered in my name to date. Bearing in mind the car was purchased in September 21 and Carzam assured me they have sent two V62 documents to the DVLA. I cannot book my car into Nissan for the spare key issue to be sorted until the car is registered in my name. Carzam sold the vehicle to me as having a spare key but was missing upon receipt of the car. I now find that when I write an update on here giving an honest review, I then get a call from Carzam. However, it should not take people reviewing their poor service for them to actually respond to customers! Latest update 08/06/22 - I was advised by Carzam that it might be better for me to send off the V62 myself and pay a fee of 25.00 which they would reimburse. I emailed copies of my receipt to Carzam along with my bank details and had no response. I chased again today and was advised the company has gone into Administration, so I doubt I will get reimbursed for the fee and the only hope of ever getting the spare key sorted is to pay out over 200 myself. This can only be done once the V5 is received so hopefully by me sending off the V62, I will finally, at least, get the car registered in my name. Such a shambles. Last time I ever buy a car from an online company!

It's been the most stressful car buying experience I've ever had. Car developed a fault 2 hours after delivery in January...it's now June and the car still has the same fault despite being back and fore from an approved garage. I've also been waiting for a reimbursement since the last week in April. Carzam do not want to help customers..... that's clear from company policy.....after care policy has the company's interests as a focal point instead of the customer.

I paid Carzam in full for a car on 06/04/2022. They were very keen to take my money and even rang me to prompt my payment. After I had paid, the communication went silent and my emails remained unanswered. They then failed to deliver the car on 3 separate occasions. The first time they said it was due to "logistical problems" and the second time it was due to a legal dispute with one of their 3rd party preparation centres. On 03/05/2022 (just before the third time) they told me that the car had "several issues" and would have to be completely withdrawn from sale! My refund could take up to 7-10 working days! The following day (04/05/2022) I was shocked to see the same car had been re-listed on Gumtree! They still had my money for the car and there was no sign of my refund at that point! Why would a car with "several issues" suddenly be up for sale again the day after it was withdrawn? The whole experience was very stressful. Their "Worry Free, Hassle Free" advertising catch phrase was a joke! AVOID THIS COMPANY! UPDATE!! (05/05/2022) I am pleased to report that Carzam refunded my money within 2 working days! However, I am still really annoyed that Carzam failed to deliver the car that I supposedly purchased on their website and would also like Carzam to explain to me why it was immediately re-listed again for sale on Gumtree? I suffered a months' worth of stress at the hands of this company, waiting around for delivery dates that did not happen!
