Waitrose & Partners Stratford London

The customers service is pathetic!! If you have big shopping list! I suggest to never prefefer this supermarket! Employee name "Rigit" is terrible!! She made sure to make our shopping hell as possible! She doesn't know how to treat the customers! Extremely slow in her service! Making mistakes again n again! And I asked to do it asap, then raised her voice! We asked to call the manager, And she replies ,"If you wanna finish your shopping call the queen to help you" that were her words!! Extremely sarcastic. We are giving average 300 of business to them everyday and this is how you get the treated. Waitrose at Stratford is pathetic in customer service. Seriously! Pathetic! Unacceptable! Not coming in my bad dreams!!

A random supermarket, not really a Waitrose since you can't get your members perks there. The two (!) coffee machines are constantly 'out of service' and staff are very okay with that!

Usually good but quality control could be better. It would take quite a bit of time for some meat to look like that. E: 1 year later, I had to cut 2 more stars. It's simply going downhill. From poor customer service at checkout when assistants chat but don't seem to be bothered to come and approve your alcohol, to non working and leaking fridges all the time or offers on shelf that don't scan at checkout and you still end up paying full price. I bought some minced meat and it was brown in the middle. I took some photos and went back and staff asked me if I took to long to get home in the dead of the winter when it was colder outside than in their fridge. The fresh meat counter is also a hit and miss. It has been several times when I bought produce that ended up in the bin either due to smell or being poor quality and inedible. I used to buy dry aged Sirloins all the time but is just not the same quality anymore. It just seems that this branch is very poorly managed - proof: leaking fridges, empty shelves, cages left randomly, staff pushing cages about to hit you if you don't watch out, staff chatting not being interested in helping, produce looking like in the photo still on the shelves, and just overall quality control.
