        Exceptionally bad experience. The cappuccino was tongue-burning hot. Had to wait an entire 15 minutes (!!!) before it cooled down to a just barely drinkable temperature. To add to that, the foam also looked really really bad. The experience was the same for all of my friends as well. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

        Ordered a flat white. It was so foamy it was more like a cappuccino. I think they make the same coffee regardless of what you order - latte, flat white, cappuccino, etc. Learn how to make coffee Pret - its not rocket science! Also staff talking and laughing very loudly amongst themselves. Using bare hands to put sandwich in toaster. Yuck! Wont be coming back here.
