terrible customer service ..I would have given a zero star if I could. i went to buy a sandwich today in the morning around 8:20 as i approached the counter one staff in a white shirt asked me to be in a long queue which was for hot drinks and i don't even wanted any hot drinks ..i was rushing to catch my train and i had to leave the shop without buying anything. Never going there again. The lady doesn't have any good knowledge of customer service.

Very rude women , menager over the phone call! I read the newest reviews, now everything explains why they are so bad. I had to wait my order to arrive more then 1h , and I live 10 min away from the brunch. it was around 7:40am I replaced an order, then I started calling the brunch and wanted to hear updates as time was going after 8 :20 am , they were blaming drivers, there was nothing to do with driver, it was rude staff member who didn't confirm that order is ready to pick up. As soon as I get my food I told driver what happened, he said that pret staff threatens them rude, and he was 20 min waiting outside at pret store ,and nobody gave him any order. I was a regular customer, from now on never again!and the staff should read the reviews and be ashamed of it!!!!!!!

Terrible Pret. I ordered an extra hot mocha, this should be heated up to around 70 degrees. However, my drink was heated up to about 90+ degrees, which scalded my tongue it was that hot. One of the Baristas and and the the duty manager who is also a barista had an appalling attitude toward me bringing this to their attention and asking them to remake the drink. The barista (with no uniform and no name badge - dark-skinned 5'7/8 ish Asian male - Bangledeshi I would assume) who had no involvement in my order whatsoever - proceeded to say this isn't even hot and to make unnecessary comments. His attitude and behaviour was appalling for a frontline customer service worker, he probably should be working there unless Pret wants this sort of representation. The tall mixed heritage woman (duty manager/barista when not deputising) her behaviour was also not exemplary by remarking I requested extra hot so I shouldn't complain. I buy this drink every day I know what extra hot is and what temperature it should not exceed unless specifically requested by a customer. As a result of this I have now cancelled my subscription with Pret as I will not continue to endorse a business which such a poor regard for customer care and satisfaction. The service in this shop is shocking, there are only a few staff who are actually capable of serving customers and carrying out the basic duties of their role.
