Went to Wagamama Westfield with a friend and had a lovely time. Food was great and service was exceptional, especially from Sumaia. She was so lovely and chatty and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Sumaia

I dont normally write reviews but I really need to now. We ordered 2 prawn and rice mains and received 2 chicken and rice instead. I wouldnt be too concerned if this was the first time this has happened but this is now the THIRD time Wagamama Stratford have done this!!! Worst thing is when I phoned them, I received no apology and was told to put it in writing via Deliveroo and they would look at it in the morning. To add insult to injury they wanted me to place another order after having waited 1 hour for our food. Suffice to say I told them where to go!!! To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I will never order from them or go to this restaurant ever again.
