Reserved a table, which they did not honour (I suppose because it was already busy there). Surely defeats the purpose of a reservation system? Instead of apologising, one staff member rudely told us we needed to get out. When we asked why, he told us to write a review online if we didn't like it. Not really a way to speak to customers is it? Don't think I'll be returning! Anyway, went to Bat & Ball after, which is nearby. Had a lovely time there instead.
