Ordered a cheese steak and a pizza steak. Pizza steak was good but the cheese steak can do better with some more cheese. If you spend more than 20 you get 10mins free at the baseball lanes. However when I went they didnt have any lane available. But should be a fun thing to do

Now I am not one to write reviews. I am a regular customer and the food is good with good service, however ober the weekend I encountered the rudest individual I have ever met. I ordered my regular a cheese stake and the tall white male ( i didnt catch his name ) took my order. I was told the wait time was 10 minutes but it was almost 30. I watch as this customer approach the store (clearly upset with the wait time as well). This Tall white man accused him of lying and then prosesed to refuse an apology. He then continued to raise his voice at his customer and engage in this large public outburst where he continued to ignore acknowledge his poor actions and refuse a refund. The other staff processed to de-escalate the situation while he then decided to switch on the other staff that he processed again with agression shoving past them over and over and deflecting the issues down to the other staff, I want to remind you I have never had an issue with service before the other workers and very kind and helpful. The way this man handled the situation was shocking and disgusting, completely unprofessional and should be fired. Take some anger management lessons.
